These terms govern your purchase and use of The AI Executive Advantage playbook, the Prompt Vault add-on, and this website. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
This site and its products are operated by Busted Open Solutions ("we," "us," "the operator"). You can reach us at rich@theexecutiveai.io.
2. What you are buying
We sell digital products delivered as downloadable files:
- The AI Executive Advantage: a downloadable PDF playbook.
- The Prompt Vault: an optional downloadable PDF of prompt templates.
- The bundle: both of the above, sold together.
Prices are shown on the site in U.S. dollars and are the amounts charged at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect a purchase already completed.
3. Payment and merchant of record
Checkout and payment are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
4. Delivery
The products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase you receive access to download the file(s), typically by email receipt and through your Lemon Squeezy order account. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will make it right.
5. License and permitted use
On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the products for your own professional and internal business use, including adapting the templates for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or repackage the products or substantial portions of them for distribution to others. The products and their content remain our intellectual property.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund as described on our Refund Policy page. That page is part of these terms.
7. Educational purpose: not professional advice
The products are educational materials about using AI tools more effectively. They are provided for general informational purposes and are not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and do not create any professional or advisory relationship. You are responsible for how you use AI tools and for reviewing their output before relying on it. Examples and case studies in the playbook are composite and anonymized.
8. No guarantee of results
The outcomes you get from any playbook depend on your own effort, judgment, and circumstances. We do not promise any specific result, return on investment, time saving, or business outcome. Statements about value or benefit are illustrative, not guarantees.
9. Third-party tools
The products reference third-party AI tools that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for those tools, their availability, their output, or their terms. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the products or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply going forward and take effect when posted here, with an updated date above. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
