You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Because these are digital products you keep the files, we ask that a refund request reflects a genuine sense that the product didn't deliver its value to you. That's the same promise made on our sales pages.
How to request a refund
- Reply directly to your purchase receipt, or email us at rich@theexecutiveai.io.
- Include the name or email used at checkout so we can locate your order.
- We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.
When your refund arrives
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Once processed, it typically takes a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
After the 14 days
Requests made after the 14-day window are outside this policy, but if something went wrong with your order (a failed download or a delivery problem), contact us any time and we'll help.
